Is there a plugin available?

i need to create a shop that has an item available to customize completely. What I mean is imagine a shirt, I need a user to be able to slide pockets to wherever they want on that shirt and for each individual pocket to be customizable with a list of colors available.

First, is there anything available that could accomplish this? If no or not sure, what’s the best way of achieving this?
