Is there a plug in to show a web site visitor a list of files?

Hello, I have a folder on my server with sub folders and then files. Would like to present each folder, ideally in a dropdown, to users to download. Files will be pdf and maybe doc files. Users will not need to login to get this info. Wondering if there is a plugin or built in way of doing this cleanly?
