  • Is there a log file so I can figure out what I did wrong?

I think I accidentally deleted an important page, but didnt realise until it was too late.

My users have no dashboard now. 🙁 big problem.

Short of re-loading my whole site…I thought this would be worth a try, and I could recreate the page I deleted??

I am using Jobroller 1.5.1 on wordpress 3.2.1

  • Deleting a page (not talking about a file on the server are we?) would not have this affect…allowing users access to the admin dashboard would…site link?

    Thank you for your reply.

I was in the admin dashboard and I am pretty sure I deleted one of the pre-set pages. I can still access admin dashboard but when I log out of admin and log in as a user, my user dashboard has disappeared.

Users can still create new accounts and also log in to their accounts but they cant ammend any of their existing pages because the dashboard is not visible to them.

Does this make sense? Any idea what I have done? Or how to go about rectifying this?

    Thanks

    Too vague…site link?

If you create a new user you will see what I mean.

Deactivate all plugins, switch to default theme…run site. report back…

have deactivated plugins but how do I switch to the default theme?

Now I havent switched to the default theme, but if I do this…there is no way of checking if the same error occurs as the default theme is nothing like the JobRoller theme I am using???

What I can sense i that you have done something on the theme, so the issue is on the current theme. If you have the copy of JobRoller theme, probably try reinstalling it after removing the existing one. That will resolve the issue.
