Is Theme Builder Plugin Allowed to Submit to WordPress.org?

    Hello,

    I have a plan to create a theme builder which will help you users build their site layout using blocks.

    Will I be allowed to submit that kind of plugin into WordPress.org? I submitted one of my page builder plugin before and some reviewers reject with reason: not allow this kind of plugin on repository.

    Just tell me before deleting my topic if I posted in wrong forum.
