Is SG CachePress Compatible with WPMU? How to activate?

    Hello..

    I was using SiteGround GoGeek plan, and try to maximize the supercacher feature.

    I have a WPMU (subdomain) site, i want to activate dynamic caching, so i need to install SG CachePress right.

    1. How to activate this plugin, activate as network or per subdomain?

    2. Specially for WPMU site, is Dynamic Cache still the best? Or any better option for wpmu, maybe w3tc or others?
