Is possible to create a mixed tournament?

I want to ask the option to create a mixed tournament. I mean, at the first part, a group competition; and at the secont part, a playoff competition.

At the group part, you could set the numbers of team that would move to the next stage, and see a table with the results.

If this actually exists I can’t figured out how to set it.
