Is possible to book a physical using a sort of map/image?

Hi,
I have a customer of mine that continue to ask me a way to digitalize the management of bathhouse and all the umbrellas that are there.
He has already a wodpress website with a booking system and would like also to manage from backend all the umbrellas that are there. But every single umbrella has to be given only to one and only one customer and could be booking for more than a single day.

Now there is an issue. He has more than 50 umbrellas and cannot use the plugin already install to manage a system like that (salon booking). This because of a problem with the backend booking that consent to book chosing from a list, and a list with more that 50 elements is always a bad idea.

Surfing the internet I found a system that do something similar, but using an IOS and ANDROID app

I tried many booking managment plugin (for management of events, booking of hotels ect…) but I cannot find something that give in back end the possibility to make reservation clicking with this semplicity.

My question is: what is asking my customer is possible to obtain in WordPress? Then how could be this achieved?
If not: what could be a language of programming used to make the example in the photo I have postes? There could be the possibility to integrate this new element in WordPress?
