Have you modified anything recently?? Like add a plugin, if so, disable that plugin first.
If you haven’t added a new plugin, just disable a bunch of them (or all of them) and see if the page appears, then add them back in one by one to track down the culprit.

Can you ftp in? Are the files/permissions/paths ok? Check .htaccess? Change anything lately?

The permissions seem to be fine. However I can’t login now. To disable the plugins. Is there a way around it?

When I try and login I get this “Your database is out-of-date. Please upgrade.” with a link.
Then after I click “upgrade” is sends me to the DB connection error page. Which I have tripple checked for accuracy.
Ask your hosting company if they changed anything on the MySQL (or Apache) side recently.

That was the first thing I did. Unfortunately all the “Second level” support people are off for the weekend. Freaking netfirms.

I tried using the admin mySql user and the regular user for the config. With no luck.
**EDIT** Wow that was fun!
Looks like one of the plugins might have been the issue.
To get back in I had to click the upgrsde db thing then the WP upgrade. Then deactivate everything..
