    my plugin was working normally until 01/27, correctly registering abandoned carts and sending emails. Suddenly, it stopped registering new abandoned carts and on the panel it continued showing as the last abandoned car on the date of 27/01, and I still have the same number of daily visits, sales, etc.

    Today I updated the plugin to version 1.2.4 in the hope that it would fix the problem, but now it got even worse: the statistics were wrong.

    The panel shows:

    88 recoverable orders
    15 recovered orders
    6 lost orders

    however, in the list of recoverable orders there are only 10, all between 1/9/2020 and 1/11/2020. In other words: the other 78 abandoned carts disappeared from the list.

    Can you help me?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Regarding the order is not showing on the page, we are fixing this issue and will release the update soon.

    Regarding the new order is not tracking, It should not happen. Have you disabled the cron from your site? If yes, then you need to add from Cpanel.
