is not part of this site, therefore there is no data available to display.

It seems that some pages work and others don’t, so I don’t know why it does this. But it gives the error message that a page is not part of this site while it is. There is no language plugin used.
I see that this is on all Woocmmerce pages. Could it have to with Premmerce? This plugin changes some url’s.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out. In some cases URLs may have alternative versions or use a query parameter which can result in no detailed page stats available. While this is most common with language plugins I haven’t checked out premmerce as of yet. Can you confirm that the URL you referenced is one such URL that doesn’t have a “Details page stats”? If so can you share you the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- What you see for that particular URL when using the Site Kit admin toolbar tab? (ie. do stats appear and does the “More Details” direct you to that notice)
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
You are welcome and thanks for the help!
1. Done
2. Jup, stats appear, and “More Details” directs to a page with the notice, it’s the same when navigating through the dashboard and then going to the sitekit details of the page.I filled in this URL in the form by the way: https://techies.review/laptop/gamers/razer-blade-14-2021, it has the same issue and is a woocommerce page.
The reasoning I suspect it has to do with Premmerce is that:
1. It’s on all WooCommerce pages, Premmerce adds URLs with my preferred slug (your query parameter?
2. The original page still exist with<link rel="canonical" href="https://techies.review/laptop/gamers/razer-blade-14-2021">
Many thanks for the update. We can check the same Premmerce plugin from our side. In the meantime can you share whether you find any data for that particular URL when checking both Search Console and Analytics directly?
Jup checked both mentioned URLs (Razer and Legion 5 Pro), both have data in Search Console and Analytics on the none ‘original’ page (so without the shop ‘reviews’ slug, as set in Premmerce)

Thanks for your patience on this. I’ve done some testing with Premmerce and while there are a large amount of configuration options, including a “Permalink Manager” feature specifically for WooCommerce URLs I wasn’t able to recreate the same experience. Any WooCommerce pages on my side are getting ready to show stats, without a “not part of your site” notice.
While in my case I only applied the most basic configurations during the setup wizard and no category slug I’m happy to investigate this further to check for any possible incompatibilities or configurations that can result in the not displaying of Site Kit stats. With that can you share the below:
- The steps or configurations you applied to include the “Reviews” slug
- A video recording of the experience you’re encountering. You can use a service such as recordit.co, Loom or Google Drive to share any videos.
Once we have the above I can discuss this with the team and see if there is anything we can do on the plugin side to ensure you do have stats for these URLs.
Hi, Yeah will do this today
Default shop page: /reviews
Settings > permalinks
> Optional
>> Product category base: product-category
>> Product tag base: product-tag> Product permalinks
>> custom base: /product/%product_cat%Premmerce > permalink manager
> Categories: Full category path
> Products: Full product path
> SKU: Use WooCommerce settings
> Additional
>> Use primary category
>> Add canonicalsRecording of issue:
https://recordit.co/hBTPDWbrGfMany thanks for going to the trouble of sharing these insights. With that I’ll check the same setup and report back to you here.
Many thanks for your patience on this. I’ve setup an environment similar to your own and it looks like your “Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce” plugin may be impacting the “Detailed Page Stats” page. On my side although I’m awaiting data for the products added I don’t encounter the “..not part of your site” notice using the mode details link.
Before I do further testing with the “Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce” plugin on my side can you inform me if the same occurs when you follow the steps below:
- Temporarily deactivate the “Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce” plugin
- Visit one of the product pages on your site
- Click on the “More Details” link using the browsers admin toolbar
Check whethere there are details displayed for that particular URLs, or whether you encounter the “Not a part of your site” notice.
Just to keep you updated on this I have Analytics data now gathered on the test site I setup to reproduce this. When testing on my side I’m unable to encounter the same “not part of your site” notice.
Let me know once you’ve performed the check above so we can investigate this further.
Hi,
Thanks for your help and sorry for the wait, when “Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce” is disabled and follow the steps, I don’t get the ‘Not a part of your site’ notice.
Link consists out of: https://techies.review/product/laptop/gamers/razer-blade-14-2021 in which product is new for me. But also this URL is rel=”canonical” when premmerce is enabled.
I don’t use site kit anymore, because the data shown is not what I was looking for, and it doesn’t seem to work as well as I would like to. I just started to use datastudio, seems to doe what I am looking for for now. I can still help you debug if you’d like to.
Great to hear you were able to determine the source of the conflict.
Appreciate you offering to troubleshoot this further also. While I check this with the team I suspect this may be similar to language plugins, with some having particular features that can change site URLs based on language configurations.
I’ll let you know if this requires further review from our team.
@lexvd Thanks for your patience on this. I’ve spoken with the team on this and similar to the language plugins related GitHub issue this may occur when third party plugins alter the WordPress URL structure.
Based on your comments we’ve also opened the below GitHub issue:
https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/4097This issue is in relation to providing further context for users who encounter the same. I’ll close this support topic now however if you have any further queries on the above let me know! And thanks for using Site Kit.
