# Is it safe to put HTML, PHP code in wordpress POST?

 * I’ want to put some HTML AND PHP codes into self hosted wordpress. Is it safe
   to put the code ? or I need any plug-in or widget to avoid any hazard.
 * Please make me clear.

 * It’s pretty safe, but you need [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/)
   or something like it to execute PHP code that is in a post.
