Is it possible to "search within [x] miles of city or zip code" for events?

Hello,
I’m trying to determine if it’s possible to have a way for users to search within a specific number of miles of a zip code (or city). Here is a visual of what our client envisions.

Ideal functionality:

1. User choses between 2 types of events (categories). Virtual events, or local events.
2. If user selects “Local” events, they will see form fields where they can enter a radius (in miles) to search within a zip code or city that they enter.
3. User can also choose to search within a specified set of dates (calendar picker)

* If the user selects “virtual events” instead of “local events”, the form fields for radius/location/zip/city disappear.
