Is it possible to remove Filtered Lists at top of Post List ?

  • Is it possible for me to remove the filtered drop down list’s from appearing at the top of my Post List screen while still using the remaining components of the plugin? When dealing with 50,000+ taxonomy fields, that list is entirely to long and bloated to show on every rendition of that screen…

    Maybe set it as an option on the settings screen???

    Thanks… it’s a great plugin otherwise.

    Hi,
    Currently there is no such option, but if you still willing to change some code, you may edit the following to disable creating the dropdown lost for custom taxonomies.:
    In WP-Ultimate-CMS / modules / taxonomy / class-xydac-taxonomy-type-functions.php file search for
    add_action( 'restrict_manage_posts',array($this,'xydac_restrict_manage_posts'));
    and comment it as:
    //add_action( 'restrict_manage_posts',array($this,'xydac_restrict_manage_posts'));

    This should solve your issue.

    Hi Xydac, is there any way to remove it using remove_action ? I couldn’t get remove_action to work… would be better then me editing your files… which does work.

    Thanks,

    I am afraid that remove action might not work in current release.

    Will find a way for it may be in next release..
