Is it possible to put hyperlinks in product attributes?

    Hello. I was wondering if it’s possible to insert hyperlinks in attributes? For example, on this page, go to the tab “additional information” then scroll down to the attribute “Gene ID”. I would like it to link to 2243

    I tried to insert these hyperlinks in the import file (using woocommerce csv import suite). As you can see in this screencap, the hyperlink appears to be there initially as indicated by the pointer finger hovering on top of the 2243, but after I press submit to upload the file, the hyperlinks are gone and only the numbers remain.

    Is there a setting to activate hyperlinks or is there another way to insert them? or are they just not allowed under attributes?

    Hi,

    No, hyperlinks can not be included in attributes. You could theoretically make the attributes listed on product pages links, but you would need to edit the template file to do that dynamically.
