    Hello @rvnow,

I’m sorry, but a screenshot is insufficient to identify the form’s behavior, the sources of data, etc. etc.

The screenshot you sent me as reference is to an online store, however, if you want create an online store and calculate the products’ prices dynamically, a better solution would be to use WooCommerce and the Developer version of our plugin that includes the WooCommerce add-on.

This add-on allows integrate the forms created with our plugin in the products created with WooCommerce to calculate their prices at runtime, using the shopping cart, checkout, payment gateways and orders of WooCommerce.

    Best regards.

    Hi @codepeople

Thank you very much Codepeople, unfortunately, without credentials, you’d have no access to this website.

By the way, is there any way to generate an invoice after the product has been customized and bought through your form?

    Best regards,
    rvnow

    Hello @rvnow,

The forms can be configured for sending notification emails after submission, or after receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateway. However, if the form is integrated with the WooCommerce products, would be WooCommer who send the emails to the buyers.

    Best regards.

    Hello CodePeople,
I need your help once again.

Could you please tell me how to integrate CFF with Woocommerce so it can generate bespoke products based on visitors calculations?

    I’d be massively grateful,

    Thank you,
    Erwin

    Hello @rvnow,

The process is simple. I’ll assume you have installed the Developer or Platinum versions of the plugin that include the “WooCommerce add-on” (with other versions of the plugin won’t be possible the integration)

    – First, create the form as usual, selecting through the “Request Cost” attribute in the form’s settings, the field in the form that calculates the price.

    – Second, go to the settings page of the plugin (through the menu option “Settings > Calculated Fields Form”), tick the checkbox: “CFF – WooCommerce” and press the “Activate/Deactivate addons” button.

    – Now, go to the product’s settings, and select the corresponding form through the list: “Enter the ID of the form”, and tick the checkbox: “Calculate the product price through the form”

Note that you should enter a price through the “Regular price ($)” attribute of product’s settings, or the “add to cart” button won’t be included by WooCommerce in the product’s page.

    Best regards.

Perfect, thank you, what you have mentioned is our B plan.

Could you please tell me if there is such a possibility to make people order in calculator and woocommerce will just generate the product/checkout?

    Hello @rvnow,

Only if the integration is implemented as describes the previous entry. The if you access to the forms directly, you wouldn’t be using the WooCommerce’s cart, checkout or orders.

    Best regards.

    Hello @rvnow,

I’m sorry, but I don’t have a shareware distribution of the Developer version of the plugin. There is an online demo in the links below, but unfortunately this website does not include a copy of the WooCommerce plugin:

    Public website:

    http://demos.net-factor.com/calculated-fields-form/

    WordPress access:

    Best regards.
