Is it possible to load the sidebar only once

  • I am just a begginer in PHP, and am building this site on WordPress

    http://www.talkingboxmedia.com/demo/b-i-cycledemo/

    user: guest
    pw: ~login~5

my question is whether it’s possible to re-work the php code/loop so that the sidebar doesn’t reload when changing pages. We have a flash object that we’re building that’s embeded in the sidebar, as well as an accordian widget, and would prefer they don’t reset each time the nav is clicked. Any guidance on this would be much appreciated !!

    thanks

  • Can’t offer a code example but the easiest way i can think to have the state remembered is to use a cookie or a session…

Can anyone else answer this? I have a similar issue.

    Thanks!
