Is it possible to have the HTML for the FYN search?

Hi there, this plugin works perfectly for my requirements but I am hoping it is possible to have the html code for the search so that I can insert it into a page rather than as a widget.

I only want the search to be visible on one page rather than across all pages as with the widget.
