Is it possible to edit "latest posts" page title (6 posts)

I want to be able to edit the page, "latest posts" so that the title will not say just "Home" but something more. As well as other features that a normal page has at its disposal when it comes to editing.

I've tried putting in a static page but WordPress doesn't allow you to use the same page for both static and posts. So, I wanted to see if there was a way to change this.

I may be totally overlooking a certain feature that I hadn't known about so if this is the case please fill me in.

    Thanks in advance.

Can you post a link to your site please.
    What theme are you using?
Are you using a child theme?

It sounds like you want a custom home page template you can edit and display latest posts. Many themes offer that or you can roll your own by creating a page template with a loop for latest posts coded in - or getting a plug in that will do that for you.

Using a theme called Social Like.

    It isn't a child theme.

Maybe that custom page thing might work if I go back in and look for it but I tried something like that earlier and it took out the "read more" page break in my posts even though after checking back they were still there in each post.
So because my blog is photo heavy that became kind of annoying and I reverted back to what I originally had it as.

    Is this the theme?

If so, have you asked the developer for help with this?

Commercial themes aren't supported here- partly because we don't have access to them - http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products
