Is it possible to drop the header without setting distance from top?

Hi, is it possible to animate the header tolerance to show again after its hidden with the slightest scroll up on the mouse and not after setting a set point from the top? I noticed it is done on the original here but I don’t seem to be able to replicate it on with this plugin?

in the options section of that page there is a bit of code that says

// or you can specify tolerance individually for up/down scroll
    tolerance : {
        up : 5,
        down : 0
    },
