    Hello,

    First thank you for your great plugin. I had tested many and many reviews plugin, even paid ones, but no one is near to yours. Congratulations.

    My question is : Is it possible to remove the Testimonial custom post type so we don’t have pages for every testimonial created by our clients ?

    Thanks in advance for your help

    Hello @charafweb,

    Thank you!
    Happy to hear you like the plugin 💖
    Unfortunately those single testimonial pages are not added by the plugin 🙁
    They are from the theme.
    The most you can do from the plugin is to remove the links from the testimonials’ title.
    You can do this in Testimonials > Views.

    Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Here is what I found : the plugin create the new cpt with default values. To override those, and hence remove single pages created for every testimonial/review we should alter the $arg like this :

    function alter_strong_testimonial_cpt( $args, $post_type ) {
    	// If not Products CPT, bail.
    	if ( 'wpm-testimonial' == $post_type ) {
    		$testimonial_args = array(
    			'publicly_queryable'  => false,
    			'query_var' => false,
    			'public' => false,
    			'exclude_from_search' => true,
    			'has_archive' => false,
    			'rewrite' => false
    		);
    		return array_merge( $args, $testimonial_args );
    	}
    	else {
    		return $args;
    	}

    }
    add_filter( 'register_post_type_args', 'alter_strong_testimonial_cpt', 10, 2 );

    Thank you very much for you magnificent plugin.
