Is it possible to connect season automatically while posting the event?

    Hello there, Is it necessary to select season manually every time we publish the event? In my league I use single season for entire year like “Season 2022” and I see in Sportspress > Setting > General > there is a option “Current Season” …If I select my created season there ” Season 2022″ so that mean all the event which will publish get “Season 2022” automatically selected ….right? If I am right then it is not working that way and my players/league managers always need to select the season manually when they publish a event. Any help?

    Hi there @itsrahul7986 ,

    The “Current Season” and “Current League” are mainly used in Calendars and League Tables. I am afraid that it is not applied to the Events… There you need to select your League and Season for each event. You can always ofcourse use the “Bulk Edit” feature to bulk add the season and the league to multiple events, or use the “Import” feature to import multiple events to a preselected League and Season.

    With some custom code it may be doable. But this is beyond the scope of these forums 🙂
