Is it possible to change login option on Fluent Support

    Hello;
    I am using the fluent support plugin. I would like to remove the registration requirement to open a support request. Is there an option to open ticket without an account or to register with the verification code sent directly to the e-mail without entering a password?

    I have created a ticket form via fluent forms and integrated it but now my problem is when i answer this ticket from admin panel, user receive a mail to see the respond when user click on the link on that mail it redirect to the form again and there is no answer.

    Hello @huseyinerm ,

    First of all, make sure to add the portal anywhere on your site using the shortcode.

    After that, customize the email body and make sure to use the shortcode: https://prnt.sc/-FTIyo3rexH0

    User will redirect to the portal after clicking on the link.
