Is it possible in Sliders ?

I would like to have image slider like the following website have. I tested various slider plugin but none of them matching it. Smart Slider plugin somewhat allow similar to this but it’s plain test place holder on the particular spot.

I want to give animation effect to this text box . Is it possible in WordPress ? if yes then is there any plugin, or any code over internet which i can use to implement it.
