Hi, a newbie question.
I invite my subscribers to forward newsletter to their friends and interested parties.
Are there any way to include a subscription form (or just a button linked with subscription form) in the newsletter?

There is no way to include a Subscription Form in the newsletter, however, you can add a button as an image linking to a page where there is a Subscription Form.
