Is it own installation or shared with main website?

    Hello,
    does this ticket system work like an own installation or does it share the performance with the main site?
    I was wondering it would have impact on the performance of my whole main site?

    Hi:

    All WordPress plugins share the database and impacts the performance of the “main” site that it is installed on.

    But, you can also install it in a subsite and just add a “Help Desk” link from our main site.
