    I give it one star because it is not working. SG Support was not helpful at all. I provided all login credentials of my host (Mittwald) and they did nothing. Only copied the error from the log^^.

    Other migration plugins are working: Updraft for example.

    With all access to the site. And I contacted the other host too. But got no answer from them…

    Answers are:

    „ my recommendation would be to use one of the other available WordPress migration plugins“

    „This is a remote host restriction and there is simply nothing we can do on our end to fix it.“

    I granted full access to the host. They asked for it. And all I got were standard answers. Why I granted access and wasted my time? It‘s like Amazon Seller Support. Im really disappointed of the SiteGround support. In my opinion they logged into the site, clicked the migrate button and saw the same error in logs that I posted. SG: We can do nothing. That‘s bad.

    First of all, sorry for my late response. I spend some time investigating your case and indeed there is an issue in our plugin.

    My colleagues will leave more detailed information in the ticket.

    We’ve fixed the issue and once the plugin is fully tested we will release new version ( probably in the beginning of the new year. )

    Hello Stanimir,

    I really tried to talk to 3 or 4 different SG people in that Support ticket. And the answers really feared me. I thought about what is if I have a real problem, will it be the same etc. So my decision was to cancel the 36month subscription and take the refund.

    So I no longer need that plugin and I think I will remove my rating because that has nothing to do with your work.

    The conversation made me angry and helpless.
