Is it mandatory to have "SetEnv PHPRC"?

    Hi,

    You will need to set the PHPRC variable, not the ‘SetEnv’ (it is part of the Apache mod_env module only) as described here.
    Depending on the server configuration, it is sometimes not needed, but unless you are 100% sure, I recommend to keep it. I won’t harm anyway !
