Support » Plugin: Flyzoo Chat » is it in real time and no dashboard ties ?

  • Hello I have a presale question.
    I need a chat line that works while I’m on my site, and I mean my frontend not the dashboard. I also need the chat to be able to accept mroe customers at the same time, all in real time, no delays. Can Flyzoo do this? From your screenshot it seems so, but I need a confirmation from the Authors.

    Hi!

    Yes, once you setup the plugin you’ll just need
    to log into WordPress and your profile will
    be synchronized with the chat.

    Messages are sent in real-time by our system,
    all the chats will popup OVER your site’s pages.

    Our dashboard is just used to setup the widget and perform
    some administrative tasks (like turn WP users into operators, clear
    the group chat history, etc.) all the chat
    activity happens right on the site.

    great plugin… but I’m driven away (maybe, still thinking) by its price. I mean, ok monthly subscriptions, but don’t you think you are a bit expensive (i.e. not competitive) ? 🙂
    One more question though: can my WP registered users chat between themselves any time, even if Admin is offline?

    Hi!

    Yes, users can have private conversations even if operators are offline.

    There are various settings for the private chats,
    for example you can disable it for guests and/or registered users
    or allow only specific roles to chat privately (very important
    for websites that monetize thru membership levels).

    About the price: we are aligned with the market, but that’s
    a very complex topic and we could discuss about it for hours 🙂

    We typically provide trial extensions and a discounts
    to new projects and websites that don’t have much
    traffic (please open a support ticket on our site for that!).
