    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Affiliates plugin as your affiliate marketing tool.

    The affiliates registration form can be modified in the plugin settings located in Affiliates > Settings > Registration (tab) and is described in detail in the plugin documentation:

    As for validation, you can keep new affiliate registrations as pending, using the option in the same settings page and also if you prefer to add captcha fields you can add the Affiliates reCAPTCHA addon which integrates Google reCAPTCHA with affiliates registration forms.
