Is is safe to remove plugin after translation completed?

    Awesome plugin! Thanks for developers and community!

    I do not use much plugins, because they consume memory. So, I want to learn, is it safe to remove the plugin after translation completed?

    I am translating parts of Buddypress, so Loco Translate plugin has already created .mo and .po files, and I am already done, can I delete the plugin? The translations will still be there?

    And if I delete, after some time when let’s say I setup again, can this plugin continue from past translation or it will overwrite it that I have to start from beginning?

    Yes it is safe.

    This plugin is just an editor. It’s not required except for editing translations.
