Is DB back-up file back-up enough?

    Hi there,

    I just posted a new website online, installed BackWPup and set-up a weekly db + file back-up, since I copied my local files + db from my localhost to a live server. But the plugin offers more options like:
    WordPress XML export
    Installed plugins list
    Check database tables

    Do I need this? I thought I’d only need a back-up of the files + db to restore the website, am I right? Can any of you guys enlighten me?
