is converting iconic on free to pro theme effect seo?

hello all i am using a free version of iconic one theme. now i am interested to buy iconic one pro version as it has more features as compare to free one. i want to know while changing the theme is it effect my seo as well as ranking in any ways…is there any side effect of it or any good effect..please theme author tell me hurry…
