    You can create a new contact form in your language with Contact Form 7.

    Please check WPML, this is one of the most used and most feature rich content translation plugins – as a plugin author you really should know about it and how your plugin relates to it. At least we are publishing in the world-wide-web for all the people of the planet, that might involve different languages.
