Is CloudFlare recommended for multisite?

Is CloudFlare recommended for a subdomain multisite install so all users benefit from it ?

From my research any subdomain has to be added to CloudFlare manually.

There is a plugin that automatically adds the subdomins to CloudFlare here, that is also suggested on their website:

Could anyone give me advice if they have experience in using CloudFlare on multisite.
