    Has anyone who purchased this plugin been able to get the advertised Premium Support via ticket submission on their site?

    I am beginning to think their “Premium Support” is a scam, and they only use this forum for the free version…

    They advertise:
    “Access to one-on-one private support.” on the Pro Version

    I’ve had issues with support also but only recently to be fair. It’s probably the most important support ticket I’ve ever needed help with as the tournament is live now but not working 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I was able to get the Support Pop-up to work but only after I used a VPN.

    I would suggest a standard ticket submission method rather that relying on some script that may not work for everyone…

    That’s a fair point. I’m not sure why the form isn’t working sometimes, but in case it happens again, you can reach us via email (and we can warn other users to do that as well).
