The most great WordPress plugin ‘All in One SEO Pack’ is released under GPL v2 or later , as its readme.txt said.
but all_in_one_seo_pack.php is said that it is released under GPL v3 or later.
So I have to treat ‘All in One SEO Pack’ as GPL v3 instead of GPL v2 or later.
    Is that right ?

Thank you for reporting this oversight. We’ll look into this for the next release.

I’m curious, why do you want to know if it’s V2 or V3? For general usage there would be no difference.

    Thanks for your quickly responding.

DR I’m worrier. If your plugin is released under GPLv3, I’ll get some legal disadvantages with no advantages (in very rare case).

For example, if a plugin XXX for wordpress is released under GPL v2 and YYY is released under GPL v3, redistributing a wordpress with XXX and YYY is legally allowed ? You know, GPL v2 is not compatible with GPL v3.
OK, Using them internally is allowed, but Redistributing them may not be allowed.

I think the best way to avoid legal problems is using plugins released under the license “GPLv2 or later”.

Are you planning on redistributing it?

No I’m not planning for redistribution right now.
But it may happens for all user of your plugin.
