Is A weighted Tagging Plugin Out There?

Hi,

does someone know if there is some kind of 1. an extended “weigted” tagging plugin available, that allows me to say e.g. that i tag product X lets say 75% with the tag “nice design” and 25% with “future proof”?
2. Similarly i would like to say product X is 75% similar to product Y in tag Z. My research had no result so far, so any help is very much appreciated…
