    Hello everyone, I have installed this test plugin to see if I can import IPS users to WordPress before buying it. When I try to upload the generated CSV file from IPS the plugin tells me the following:

    Basic version supports only ‘,’ as delimiter. Your file’s delimiter seems to be unsupported.

    Hi @ispedro,

    This version of the plugin only supports importing CSV files having comma symbol( , ) as the delimiter and default column headers. Please make sure that your importing CSV file is having the comma delimiter and default headers. You can get the sample CSV template from the Help tab of the plugin or by exporting a user from your site.

    You may also have a look at the premium version of the plugin which supports all types of delimiter and custom column headers.

    Hi and thanks for the quick reply,

    I just opened the CSV with Excel and Numbers and exported it to separated by coma format but it’s still don’t recognized by the plugin…

    Hi @ispedro,

    Could you please share with us your importing CSV file so that we can check it. You may please share it with us by uploading to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.
