IPN Not Updating Orders

For some time, after checkout with pesapal Bunch plugin its not apdating orders as expected(all orders are pending), the IPN callaback URL is https://mydomain/?wc-api=WC_TheBunchKE_PesaPal_Pay_Gateway on the merchant account but on the website its http://mydomain/?wc-api=WC_TheBunchKE_PesaPal_Pay_Gateway (Without s for http) can this be the cause of the issue
