    i am testing PMS plugin on my site i am using paypal sandbox when i pay successfully
   but member does not activate
 * is any thing i need to do

 * I am using sandbox so i think i have not ipn and I believe I will have to make
   success page? No,
    I dont have ssl certificate on site is it necessary? for sandbox
   testing

 * Hi,
 * You will need to setup the IPN in your sandbox account otherwise the payment 
   notifications will not work correctly.
 * An SSL certificate is required by 19 January 2016 for Sandbox testing and by 
   30 September 2016 for all PayPal transactions.
