I tried to be polite, kind, and helpful. I did everything I could to help you understand that the issue is not with the plugin and that troubleshooting is next logical step. But apparently that still is not enough. Working 80+ hours a week trying to support a family, I do not have time to troubleshoot everyone’s issues personally, but rather try to respond with helpful information and clues to equip people to resolve any issues. * I am sorry that you were not able to determine the source of the conflict in your case, saddened that I could not help further with your issue, and disappointed that after the kindness that I have showed to you, you take the opportunity to trash the plugin and my support efforts with a poor review.
