Additional testing has found it works as expected when “Development Mode” is turned on in Cloudflare.
Hi ramzii,
I am not sure if you still need me to look at this? As you say it sounds like the issue is with CloudFlare, I can’t say for sure but maybe it was serving a cached page which contained JavaScript errors to iPhone 11 users. If you are still having problems then I think the next thing to do would be to work through the CloudFlare options and see if you can find out which one is causing it.

Tom

Thanks for your reply. I removed cloudflare completely and unfortunately still have the same issues. I can send you a video of what i mean but it seems to be only on iphone 11 safari v13. Is this problem familiar?
Hi ramzii,
It’s not a known issue, so I don’t have a ‘go to’ answer to give you sorry. It will take some work to debug.
I’ve added links to the images within the demo menu on megamenu.com, so you can test this on an iPhone 11 and see that it should work:

I’ve looked at your site on BrowserStack and I see the same issue (links aren’t clickable). I don’t think it’s CSS related, so it could be JS related. As it’s only happening on iPhone 11, and debugging tools are limited, I think the next step would be to set up a staging site and disable all plugins/try a different theme/slowly strip back the site until only the menu remains in order to try and pinpoint the source of the issue.

Tom
