Support » Plugin: My Calendar » iPad can't view it.

  • I tried multiple iPads and none can view this plugin’s calendar.
    It’s shrunk and barely visible.

    Help?

    This is probably theme-related, but without seeing the site I can’t make any detailed comments. Can you provide a URL?

    I am actually having the same issue in ipad and android Galaxy. I have a site at http://castleart.com/calendar/

    It is twenty twelve with a child theme. I did switch themes to the parent theme, but it did not make a difference. The odd part is that when I minimize the screen, it all works fine. It really seems to be a phone issue.

    Otherwise, I love the plugin.

    So, I just checked your site on my Android phone, iPod touch, and iPad, and I can view the calendar just fine. Have you tested whether this is different if you’re not logged-in? Sometimes there are display issues that only occur for logged-in users, and that could be the case here.

    I think that was part of it. It does not seem like the option to view as grid is working on the phone, but does work on the computer sized down.

    If you have the option enabled to switch to list view on mobile devices, then My Calendar will automatically switch to list view on mobile devices, and disable the grid view on those devices.

    You can turn that off in the settings, if you wish.

    Great, I found it!

    Thanks for you support. Although a bit backwards… I’ll be ordering the manual in support of the plugin because it it both a tool that is good, but backed up as well.
