# IP whitelist does not work

 * I have added several IPs to the white list, but when they fail to log in, it 
   blocks them equally.
    It doesn’t work well or maybe I didn’t do it correctly?

 * Thanks for sharing this. Unfortunately, I’m not seeing the screenshot of the 
   expanded Details showing the IPs are getting blocked. We’ll need to see this 
   to determine why they’re getting blocked. Can you please try sending it again?
   My apologies if I’m missing something.

   shows the IPs that I want not to be blocked, when they fail in the password, 
   he also blocks them, I do not have that photo, because I unlock them right away,
   since they are administrators and they need to be continuously working. If you
   need any more information, let me know. Thank you

   via the **Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email** button — please
   put your username here into that second field as well.
 * Respond here when those are sent and I’ll take a look for you.
 * In the meantime, do you have any other login-related plugins or security plugins
   installed?
