ip not recognised as country belonging to EU

    Hi,

    I have received several blocking messages for ip’s that belong to the Netherlands
    The accepted countries where set to EU
    But this addres is located within the EU according your own lookup online

    So it appears to me the the setting EU is not working properly
    I have now set it to the individual countries to see if that works

    Hi,

    I think I have found the reason why this happens. The new function for automatic blocking fires regardless of the country. So if you set a treshold of 5, then 5 pageviews will block the ip. That is unwanted, it should only block countries that are not allowed after the treshold is reached.
    Hope this helps improving this problem.
    Blocking with the current method is only usefull with ddos kind of attacks
