Apologies, could you elaborate a bit, when you showing “showing differently”, do you mean its a different address.
Where in All-in-one are you looking at your IP?
@pxmalye 👋 To retrieve the correct IP address, please go to Your Site’s Admin Dashboard > WP Security > Settings, navigate to the “Advanced Settings” tab, and then choose the correct “IP Retrieval Settings” that is suitable to you.

Do you mean I should choose what I saw in the screenshot? I already have REMOTE_ADDR (Default) already.

@pxmalye I was told to change this setting option from default and then retain the setting option when your correct IP address would appear. This is trial and error method.
If you are using Cloudflare for your website, Please choose HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP option.
Do you mean I need to try one by one in the advanced setting tab to see which should be suitable to me? How do I know if I choose the correct “IP Retrieval Settings”? Is there a quick way to set up?

Yes in Advanced Settings->IP Retrieval Settings.
We tend to find users find that the HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP option works best.

@pxmalye @vupdraft 👋 I have created a task to get rid of this IP settings option and choose IP method that is best for the WP Site. We will discuss about it in our team. If the task will be approved, We will implement it.

@pxmalye Now, You can resolve your issue by changing Advanced Settings->IP Retrieval Settings.
Your issue will probably be resolved by configuring IP Retrieval Settings to HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP option works best.

Can you try this setting instead: HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR
Does that make any difference?
Can you work your way through all the available options and let us know if any of them work for you?

Hi @pxmalye, We have removed the IP retrieval settings option from the development version of the plugin and improved IP detection logic. We will release this development version soon. You can download this development version of the plugin from https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MtGNIwpDk9t2uWjZnc7zJlcMHF15P35u/view?usp=sharing.
You can replace your plugin with this development version then check whether your issue has been resolved or not.
