IP Address Range using wildcard

    Great plugin. I had a question about the range of IP addresses using wildcards.

    I placed the following into list of Ban Hosts:

    ###.###.###.*

    but when I look at my .htaccess file, this ban is written out:

    ###.###.###.0/24

    I had four separate login attempts from this same IP this morning, all using final numbers between 48 and 52.

    So clearly, the asterisk is not covering all possible ranges. How do I correct this?
