    I don’t seem to be able to find the option to switch ip address logging on or off. Is this feature currently enabled?

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    Unfortunately, IP Address logging has been removed temporarily under the GDPR. We will be developing an alternative tracking method which will anonymize the user’s identity and allow you to track unique visitors accordingly.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    This is understandable. I’m just glad I’m not crazy as it’s there is the documentation but not in my browser! However, I would have thought if the uses ticks and agrees to GDPR notice that IP address logging should be enabled for their session. From a tech support point a view, the IP address of the user can be a incredibly useful detail… thanks for your reply. Look forward to seeing the alternative if future versions.

    Thank you for the feedback, we do appreciate it greatly!

    We will definitely consider a few alternatives to this moving forward as we realize this is an important part of the functionality.
