Following up on this closed thread:

The issue is how to get the IP if the server is behind a proxy or load balancer. The last post says that a plugin might solve the issue, but apparently a link to the plugin was omitted or removed.

The Zarza Real IP plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/zarza-real-ip/) looked promising. After installing it, FSCP is putting the correct IP in the footer of the email.

Yes, in limited testing, the Zarza Real IP plugin solved the problem for me. Just wanted to document that for others.
