 * I was wondering if there was an easy option with this plugin to add a list or
   wildcard entry for exceptions to the IP Address logging.
 * Example: I want an internal polling/survey station at my location which between
   users clears its history/cookies/etc., but retains its IP Address. I still want
   to log and prevent external users with the same IP from voting multiple times
   by IP Address, but would like to have a list like 10.*.*.* or 10.1-254.1-254.1-
   254 are excluded from IP Address logging and are done with just cookie logging.
   It looks like I could probably add this in the wp-polls.php under check_voted_ip
   function, but was wondering if their was an easier way I might be missing.
 * Thanks,
    Wick
